Terms of Service

Last updated: 8 October 2026

These terms apply when you use Futur3 Board ("the app"), operated by Futur3 ("we", "us"). By using the app, you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the app.

1. The app

Futur3 Board is a browser app for making visual boards. Boards are saved to your own Google Drive or OneDrive, to a folder on your computer, or in your browser's own storage on your device; we don't host them. The app is in a private beta: features may change, and access is limited to invited accounts.

2. Your account

You sign in with a Google or Microsoft account, and you're responsible for keeping that account secure. You must be at least 13 years old, or the minimum age required where you live, to use the app.

3. Your content

Everything you put on your boards stays yours. We don't claim any rights to it. You give us permission only to do what's needed to run the app for you, such as reading and writing your board files in your Drive or OneDrive when you ask the app to, and writing changes that people you've invited make through an editing link into your board. You're responsible for having the right to use what you add (for example, images), and for keeping your own backups. If you keep boards in your browser's own storage, they exist only on that device until you download a backup.

4. Acceptable use

Don't use the app to break the law, to infringe other people's rights, to share harmful or abusive material through share links or comments, or to interfere with or try to get around the app's security or access limits.

5. Comments and edits on other people's boards

If you comment on a board someone shared with you, your comment, your Google name and the time are added to that board, where its owner and anyone else they share it with can see them. If the owner lets you edit, your changes go into their board file, and while you're on the board the others there see your name, your pointer and what you've selected. The board's owner controls that board and can change or remove what you added, and switch editing off at any time. You're responsible for what you post and change.

If you let people edit your board through a link, you're responsible for who you give that link to. Their changes are saved into your board file in your Drive; the board's activity log shows that it was edited through a share link.

6. Example boards and third-party content

The example boards use free photos from Unsplash under the Unsplash License, loaded from Unsplash's servers. Links to other websites are provided for convenience; we're not responsible for their content.

7. Plans and payment

Futur3 Board has a Free plan and a Subscriber plan at $5 per month or $50 per year. The Free plan includes the whole board editor, with boards saved on your device. Subscriber features are Google Drive and OneDrive storage, share links (for viewing, comments, presenting and editing, including live editing), presentations, PDF and web exports, and your own branding on shared boards. We show the price and terms before you're charged. Subscriptions are paid through Stripe and renew each month or each year, depending on the one you choose, until you cancel; you can cancel at any time from Manage plan in the app, and the plan then runs to the end of the period you've paid for before returning to Free. Payments already made aren't refunded, except where the law requires it. We'll tell you before a price change takes effect, and you can cancel before it does. During the private beta, invited accounts get Subscriber features at no charge.

Your boards remain yours whether or not you subscribe. If a subscription ends, nothing is deleted: your files stay in your Drive, OneDrive or on your device, your share links keep working for the people you sent them to, and Drive, OneDrive and new share links switch back on when you subscribe again.

8. Availability and changes

We work to keep the app running, but we can't promise it will always be available or free of errors. We may change, suspend or end features, or the app, and will give reasonable notice of significant changes where we can.

9. Disclaimer

The app is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows. Keep your own copies of important boards; because they're ordinary files in your Drive or on your computer, that's easy to do.

10. Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for loss of data, profits or business, arising from your use of the app. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim (or $10 if you paid nothing).

11. Ending your use

You can stop using the app at any time: cancel any subscription, log out, and remove the app's access in your Google Account permissions or your Microsoft account's app permissions. We may suspend access if you break these terms. Either way, your boards stay in your Drive, your OneDrive or on your device.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. We'll change the date at the top and, for significant changes, tell you in the app. If you keep using the app after a change, you accept the new terms.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA.
